  1. Are the Vouchers here legit?

    Vouchers provided by StayEVO is legit and available. Each Voucher has its own limit of use and expiry date.

  2. How do I create account?

    You can create account by filling up your email address and password, and verify your email, or you can sign up using your Google or Facebook login.

  3. How do I claim the Voucher?

    You can browse through the various offer that we provided in the App. Choose the one you interested on, click on Save Voucher, go to Saved Voucher list, and click on Get Voucher Code. Show the QR code to participating merchant to redeem your voucher.

  4. Is there any term and condition to redeem the voucher?

    Yes, each voucher/offer has its own terms and conditions in order to redeem. You can see the term and condition of the voucher in the voucher details.

  5. Can I save more than ONE Voucher from different vendors?

    Yes you can. You can browse through the merchants that you interested, save it, and redeem the voucher that you want by visiting the merchant. Keep in mind that each vouchers have their expiry date.

  6. Can I use multiple vouchers on a single purchase?

    No you can’t. Each voucher is entitle for a purchase on a single receipt only.

  7. Where can I download the StayEVO Mobile APP?

    You can download the StayEVO App at Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

  8. What is the Exclusive Deal provided in the App and how I’m entitle for it?

    Exclusive Deal are privileges for hotel guests. When you checked-in to our participating hotels, you can scan the QR Code in hotel lobby by using the StayEVO App, and you will receive exclusive deals not open for public.

  9. Any Giveaways provided by StayEVO?

    Yes there is! Join our Facebook for upcoming giveaways.

  10. How can I redeem my Facebook Giveaways rewards when I win?

    We will announce in Facebook the winner for the contest. What you need to do is to download StayEVO app and register an account. Winners will be given their voucher in REWARD category.

  11. Product redeemed not up to expectation and/or misconduct, to who can I complain?

    Any product mishandling, misconduct and etc. are on merchant/shop responsibility. StayEVO SOLELY provide marketing platform for merchant and user to reach one another and not responsible on merchant/vendor misbehave. For more information you can go to StayEVO T&C.

  13. What languages are StayEVO available?

    StayEVO is currently available only in the English language, the simplicity in StayEVO design allows everyone regardless of language preference to use it with ease.
